Empowering Women & Men Through Education

Christian Women’s Job Corps of Abilene was established in 2006 and Christian Men’s Job Corps was established in 2023 as a way to provide a means for men & women to better themselves by finding employment that was significant to meet their needs. Oftentimes, people find themselves in life situations that require change. We want to empower and strengthen their life by giving them the skills they need to get a job and keep a job.

CJC not only offers basic job training skills to find lasting employment, we offer life skills and classes that help keep them on top of their game. So get ready to prioritize things like managing your money, developing healthy relationships, boundaries, and increasing your typing skills. We take a holistic approach to provide the necessary job and life skills needed to be functioning at a much higher level than before.

CJC is a faith-based organization that does everything from the standpoint that God is always active and reaching out to each person with a love that is constant, unconditional, and life-changing. Every person has their own story, and we are so happy to be a small part of that story. That is why we start each day with a Bible study and prayer, so we set the day’s focus on Christ and His great love for us. God is most worthy of all our praise!
